All these continual changes we have gotten already has shrunked our ability to build / expand and thrive on this server. I suggest making the changes to the plot pole dynamics befoore we start to limit the quantity.

There are an increasing number of abandoned locked vehicles around the map, would it be possible to either have a more frequent clean up of such items, I would be glad to help with such things as I am online most evenings (is it possible to tell when a vehicle was last used?), or if possible, if a vehicle has not been used in two weeks (more or less?), it automatically becomes unlocked and available to other players?, this might encourage players to keep their vehicle in a garage more than just leave them locked anywhere on the map.
