Spawned In Buildings

Are they available for purchase?

I am considering asking to buy one, if it's an option. Would like one of the open air hangers (no loot spawn fine) like at NWAF, NEAF, SAF, etc.

Would want it in an open field near Prud.

Is this possible and if so, what price would I have to pay? If not, I will build one.
