question about refund

last night i parked my hmmwv in a parking garage and when i got on after the server restarted, it was gone, i had the key, it was a blue key  the car was missing a wheel so i had to tow it, is there anything that can be done about this?

I don't recall seeing one in the Garage at Stary. What's your ingame name?

Open gear, right click on map, search for keys, open map. If your vehicle is on the map it will show the location.
